Dušanka Popović Minić is a PhD student at the Institute of Food Technology and Biochemistry of the AGRIF. She earned a BSc in Food Technology with an average score of 9.98 (2016). At the same faculty, she obtained an MSc in Food Microbiology (2017) and currently works on her doctoral dissertation in Food Biochemistry („Functional additives based on goat milk proteins and fungal extracts from genus Laetiporus and Agaricus“). In the period from 2014-2015, she volunteered in the field of wine technology. She was an honorary associate at the Department of Food Technology and Biochemistry, Chair of Chemistry and Biochemistry during the period 2017-2019 and she is presently a research assistant. The scientific research is focused on food constituents, interactions among them, bioactive substances, food digestion, functional, techno-functional and biological properties of food. She is the author and co-author of 17 scientific papers (one chapter, 3 articles and 13 conference papers) and she participated in one scientific project governed by the Ministry of Science and Technological Development, the Republic of Serbia. She is a member of the Serbian Sommelier Association (SERSA). She is fluent in English (C1) and Russian language (B2 certificate).
