Dejan Stojković was born in 1986 in Vranje. He graduated at Faculty of Biology, University of Belgrade in 2018, with an average grade of 8.44. Diploma thesis under the title: “Traditional use of the plant Sempervivum tectorum L. in southern Serbia, the chemical composition and treatment of bacterial infections” defended in 2018. at the Faculty of Biology, University of Belgrade. As of June 2022, Dejan has obtained academic title Doctor of biological science. At the Department of Plant Physiology IBISS he volunteered since 2005 and participated in the realization of domestic and international projects. As the first author/co-author, he published more than 100 scientific papers in the journals of international and national importance, and he is a co-author of several book chapters. Dejan is a reviewer in numerous international journals and a member of the Editorial Board. Dejan Stojkovic’s studies have been cited in around 2900 documents, and the value of his h-index in the Google Scholar database is 29.
