The International Fair of Techniques and Technical Achievements is the oldest technical and technological exhibition event in this part of Europe, specializing in production technologies. This year, researchers from the Faculty of Agriculture and the Faculty of Technology and Metallurgy presented an innovative product: “Functional Beer Enriched with Phenolic Compounds from Grape Seeds.” The product was developed within the framework of a bilateral project with China, involving researchers from the FUNPRO project. The development utilized capital equipment acquired through the FUNPRO project.

The product was honored with special recognition at the 2024 International Fair of Techniques and Technical Achievements.
