Ana Doroški is a research assistant and a PhD student at the Faculty of Agriculture, Institute of Food Technology and Biochemistry, University of Belgrade (junior research assistant 2018-2021, research assistant 2021-today). She graduated in 2015. at the Faculty of Agriculture, University of Belgrade, and got her master degree in 2017. In the same year, she started her PhD studies. As the Master student, she was a part of student Erasmus+ exchange program and spent 5 months at the Ghent University, Faculty of Bioscience Engineering, Department of Food Safety and Food Quality, Ghent, Belgium (2016-2017.)
Her scientific research is based on food quality, food chemistry, microbiology and sensory analysis, all in the frame of oyster mushroom (Pleurotus ostreatus) cultivation technology on different food waste cellulose substrates. As an author and co-author, she published 3 scientific papers and participated at several international congresses/conferences with 7 poster presentations and 1 oral presentation. She has reviewed for 1 scientific journal: Journal of Food Measurement and Characterization. Her scientific papers are cited 7 times and her H-index is 2, according to the Scopus database. She was involved in 1 scientific project governed by the Ministry of Science and Technological Development, the Republic of Serbia. She participates in realization of practical lectures, which includes the following courses: Quality management in food processing, General Microbiology, Mycology, Microbiology of plant products, Industrial microorganisms of plant products and Microbiological spoilage of food.
