Ana Bjeković is a Junior Research Assistant and a Ph.D. student at the Faculty of Agriculture’s Department of Food Technology, the University of Belgrade since 2019. Bachelor of Technology at the Faculty of Agriculture, Department of Food Technology, Canning, and Fermentation from 2014 to 2018. From 2018 to 2019, Master of Academic Studies University of Belgrade, Faculty of Agriculture, Department of Food Engineering.

Her scientific research is based on encapsulation techniques, lyophilization, and spray-drying. Work an experiment in the laboratory of the Faculty of Agriculture and Faculty of Technology and Metallurgy of the University of Belgrade on the topic “Formulation of the composition of cryoprotectants for the lyophilization of probiotic cultures”, and the experiment on the topic “Development and characterization of biofilms with incorporated sage extract”. She is a member of the Association of Food Technologists of Serbia. She is a member of the organization of the student national competition “Ecotrophelia”, based on the creation of eco-innovative food products. She is a member of the scientific-professional symposium organization „Beer, brewing raw materials and equipment “, Zrenjanin, Serbia. She participates in the realization of practical lectures, which include the following courses: Malt technology, Beer technology, and Natural and mineral water technology.
