Dr. Steva M. Lević is the Associate Professor at the Institute of Food Technology and Biochemistry of the AGRIF. He earned BSc in Food Technology (2005) and PhD in Technological Engineering (2014), at Faculty of Agriculture, University of Belgrade. His scientific research is focused on encapsulation of food additives, fermentations, functional materials and new methods for characterization of biomaterials. He is author and co-author of more than 90 scientific papers in total (51 peer-reviewed articles and 5 chapters) and one student handbook. His articles have been cited more than 1200 times, h-index is 20 (Scopus data base). He has participated in 10 national and international scientific projects.  He is a co-founder and member of the Serbian Association of Food Technologists.
