FUNPRO project at 11th Central European Congress on Food and Nutrition -CEFOOD2022
CEFOOD2022 congress was organized in Čatež ob Savi, Slovenia from 27th to 30th September aiming: 1) to pinpoint and recognize the latest advances along the food supply chain including research and education with open discussions on current issues in this area respecting environmental concerns; 2) to provide guidance to the ongoing projects in Food Science, Technology and Nutrition, involving hands-on professionals, scholars, researchers, and policymakers. In the CEFOOD2022 congress, 27 countries participated with 8 plenary lectures, 11 keynote speakers, 34 oral presentations, 144 poster presentations, 13 project presentations. and 11 contributions on CE-I-FOOD Day. Also, workshops, round table, and word café were held. The members of the FUNPRO team, Mirjana Pešić, Steva Lević, and Danijel Milinčić presented results and promoted the FUNPRO project through two oral and one poster presentations.
