The 14th European Nutrition Conference ENC took place from 14 to 17th November 2023\u00a0 in Belgrade, Serbia, and was organized by the Federation of European Nutrition Societies (FENS) and the Serbian Nutrition Society. More than 1000 participants attended the conference where 750 oral and poster presentations were delivered. The conference included keynote lectures, symposia, educational workshops, interactive sessions, poster presentations, and meet-the-industry sessions of interest for both students and young nutrition professionals. An emphasis was placed on networking sessions for early career researchers. An exhibition was organized for food industry stakeholders. \u00a0Mirjana Pe\u0161i\u0107, Danijel Milin\u010di\u0107, Sla\u0111ana Stanojevi\u0107, and Aleksandar Kosti\u0107 presented the results of FUNPRO projects in two poster presentations at the conference: Grape pomace seed and skin powder as a source of dietary fibre and Grape seed powders as a source of phenolic compounds: UHPLC Orbitrap MS4 Characterization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
