Congress is organized in cooperation with:&nbsp;Institute of Food Technology, University of Belgrade, The Serbian Association of Food Technologists (SAFT), European Hygienic Engineering and Design Group (EHEDG), Global Harmonization Initiative (GHI), European Federation of Food Science and Technology (EFFoST), ISEKI Food Association (IFA) and&nbsp;<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/foodhub.udg.edu.me\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\">FoodHub Center of Excellence, University of Donja Gorica<\/a>. The B-FoST 2023 Congress provided a unique opportunity for more than 100 participants such as food scientists, researchers, technologists, producers and nutritionists, young scientists and students&nbsp;to present results and findings of their own work and exchange information on the new processes. Mirjana Pe\u0161i\u0107 , Sla\u0111ana Stanojevi\u0107, Aleksandar Kosti\u0107, Danijel Milin\u010di\u0107, Jovana Petrovi\u0107 Dejan Stojkovi\u0107 and Jasmina Glamo\u010dlija participate with three presentations: one plenary lecture (Goat milk: carrier of bioactive compounds.), one oral presentation (Characterization and functional properties of goat milk based powder enriched with phenolic compounds from winemaking by-products) and one poster presentation (Edible and bioactive mushroom <em>Agrocybe Aegerita<\/em>(V. Brig.)
