In the CEFOOD2022 congress, 27 countries participated with 8 plenary lectures, 11 keynote speakers, 34 oral presentations, 144 poster presentations, 13 project presentations. and 11 contributions on CE-I-FOOD Day.\u00a0 Also, workshops, round table, and word caf\u00e9 were held.
