The Congress offered both exciting recent trends in food chemistry research and engaged networking opportunities that we all have missed over the last couple of years. In addition to abstract presentations and lectures by world-renowned speakers, Congress enabled a variety of networking options. The EuroFoodChem was an excellent opportunity for initiating or strengthening cooperation and knowledge. As a part of the FUNPRO project prof. dr. Aleksandar \u017d.
