FUNPRO project at 7th Scientific-professional symposium with international participation „ Beer, Brewing raw materials and eqimpment“, 24th-25th October, Zrenjanin, Serbia
The 7th scientific-professional symposium with international participation „Beer, brewing raw materials and equipment“was held in Zrenjanin, Serbia, from October 24 to 25. FUNPRO members Danijel Milinčić presented the results of the bilateral project with China on the production of beer with improved functionality, e.g. improved fenolic profile, antioxidant and sensory properties. Important part of the research was the analysis of the phenolic profile of wort enriched with grape seeds. For this purpose, UHPLC-QToF-MS equipment was used, which was purchased as part of the FUNPRO project and significantly improved the quality of the research. Also, project flyers were disseminated to the audience.
