FUNPRO project at XXII European Food Chemistry Congress – EuroFoodChem 2023


XXII EuroFoodChem Congress was organized in Belgrade, Serbia from 14th to 16th June Food Chemistry Division of EuChemS and Serbian Chemical Society with the support of the Serbian Academy of Sciences and Arts. The Congress offered both exciting recent trends in food chemistry research and engaged networking opportunities that we all have missed over the last couple of years. In addition to abstract presentations and lectures by world-renowned speakers, Congress enabled a variety of networking options. The EuroFoodChem was an excellent opportunity for initiating or strengthening cooperation and knowledge. As a part of the FUNPRO project prof. dr. Aleksandar Ž. Kostić, presented results and promote the FUNPRO project through a poster presentation entitled “Biocompounds from mushroom aqueous and polysaccharide extracts” during T1 poster session “Food composition, quality, and safety” on Wednesday (14 June, 15:30-16:15) as a poster PP29.
